Simply tap in with your wristband and the machines know all about you; automatically updating the height of the machine, the weight and the training programme just for you.
Individual targets require personalised workouts. Whether it's muscle building, general fitness, or body shaping. Updated automatically for each period, our training programs adjust workouts to your goals.

Group Exercise Classes in a friendly and supportive environment
Whether you think you are a novice or a pro, we have a wide range of classes for all abilities.
We believe that everyone can do any class our instructors will adapt for abilities, mobility and help you through the workout.
We have a wide range of classes from Zumba, Les Mills and our own creations.
